- In a large saucepan, boil salted water over medium-high heat. Add cauliflower and cook, until softened, about 8-10 minutes.
- Drain cauliflower and return to stove on low heat. Add coconut yogurt and spices to cauliflower.
- Using a blender or immersion blender, blend cauliflower to form a very smooth purée. (You can adjust purée consistency as needed: Thicken by cooking down further while stirring often over low heat in a wide nonstick skillet, or thin by whisking in liquid, such as vegetable broth or water.) Serve warm.
