- Add the coconut sugar to a bowl and lightly coat the bananas on both sides. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and coat with coconut oil.
- Add the coconut sugar coated bananas to the pan in a single layer. Let cook, without touching them, for about 4 minutes. Add cinnamon, maple syrup and date syrup and flip bananas and cook for another 2 minutes on the other side. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Assemble the bowl. Spread vanilla yogurt and top it with the caramelized bananas. Make sure to get some of the caramel drizzles in there! Garnish with walnuts, cocoa nibs and hemp seeds and enjoy!
